Who We Are
We are a small, independant company operating out of Palma de Gandia close to the city of Gandia where the Costa Azahar (orange blossom coast) meets the Costa Blanca (white Coast).
This is an area of outstanding beauty with pristine beaches and scenic moutains. The city of Gandia itself is less affected by tourism and consequently is thriving all year round. The Valencian region, once the seat of power of the Borja family, is rich in history with medieval castles and moorish traditions and almost every town has its own traditional annual fiestas in addition to the larger national ones. With the glorious summers and mild winters it is ideal for many outdoor activities including hiking, rambling, mountain biking, wind surfing, golf, kite boarding and much more.
The region is famous for its food and drink with Valencian paella being a speciality of the region and there are many independant bodegas producing quality wines and a vineyard tour of one of these is an excellent way to spend an afternoon. The area is served by two large airports, Valencia and Alicante so flights to the region for a reasonable price are never an issue.
For Buyers
We aim to find the right the property for you. As ex-pats ourselves we understand the difference between simply viewing a property and the reality of life overseas and can help you in your search to find the right place for you. We do suggest you research the area first and learn a little about the Spanish property market before you buy however we are able to guide you through the process of buying a property in Spain which as we know first hand can be daunting to begin with. We can help you with local knowledge and give you a good introduction to the area you are interested in.
In addition to this we can help you with everything from finding a solicitor to opening a bank account or arranging finance etc through to recommending tradespeople once you have moved in. For this there is no charge to you as we receive our commission from the vendor.

We aim to sell your property as quickly as possible,for the best price that can be obtained and as far as possible making the sale of your property a smooth and stress free transaction.
