What is very important when you are trying to sell your house in this part of Spain, Valencia province, is to have an estate agent who will know the area well, being punctual, fully understands the needs of buyer as well as the owner, go an extra mile, for example air the property before showing it to a clients in case owners are away, give a professional and honest opinion to both parties.
